One training group per age category (recommended tiers: U10, U12, U14, U16), coordinated by a LALIGA technical director and delivered by local coaches.
Flexible organization: Option A — the technical director leads teams directly; Option B — head coaches are assigned per number of teams and report to the technical director, with local coaches as assistants providing language support.
Every academy project receives dedicated, continuous support from a LALIGA-appointed technical director.
· UEFA A / UEFA Pro licence, or equivalent Spanish Level 2–3 coaching qualification
· Degree in sports science or related field (sport psychology, physical education, etc.)

A reference scheme — actual construction should be adapted to the academy's positioning, local conditions and resources.
